All sales are final with no returns or refunds accepted. Exchanges will be accepted within 30 days of shipment only if products are damaged upon arrival or if they fail to meet the product description. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
Tubing orders will be fulfilled with individual tube lengths ranging from between 1 and 6 feet. Wire and strip orders will be fulfilled with continuous lengths of material. Sheet orders will be fulfilled with the maximum sheet lengths possible with a 1 foot minimum continuous length.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to us without contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
There are certain situations where only no exchanges are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and then follow the instructions our sales associates provide.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
